Most of our products will be in “used” condition with a small amount of “new” and “open-box” items. We strive to make sure that our customers receive the best quality product by making sure each product that we send to the customer has all of the included accessories and functions the way it is supposed to (unless otherwise stated in the listing).
We also have a 30-day return policy. The BUYER PAYS RETURN SHIPPING. When we receive the product back it must be in the same condition that the buyer received it in. We reserve the right to give a partial refund or no refund, as per policy, if the returned product is not in the same condition or if the customer sends back the wrong product. If you order a \"New\" product and it is not returned in \"New\" condition then there will be a 10% \"Re-stocking\" fee. This is aloud by to cover the cost of us now having relist the item in \"Used\" condition. If you return a \"Used\" item then it must be in the same condition that you received it in and you will receive your full refund.
*** Used products may or may not come in the original packaging. When we cannot send the product in the original packaging the product will be properly secured in alternative packaging.
