Shipping Policy
• Withinthe UK we ship through UPS next day service if the order received before thecutoff time 02.30pm
• Ifwe offer free ground shipping on a listing, it will be for the within UK onlywith some exception
• Freightdelivery appointments may be required for oversized or heavy items.
• ServerSurplus UK is not responsible for any customs, duties, and/or taxes forinternational shipments.
• Weonly ship to Confirmed Addresses on your PayPal Account and the addresscaptured in the order in case of APS Financial accounting through . Wecannot change the delivery address, nor cancel the order, nor set this up for ahold at the shipping company for pickup. If you refused the shipment or it isotherwise returned to us, it will be considered a non-defective return and youwill be responsible for all shipping costs and the 10% product cost as therestocking fee
• Orderswill leave our warehouse within 48 hours of your payment being cleared byPayPal / APS Financial accounting through . We ship Monday through Friday,we do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays because our offices are closed. At thistime, we do not provide local pick up

• Fornon-defective returns, you are responsible for the original and return shippingcosts. Items that qualified for free shipping that are being returned will haveour standard shipping charges + 10% of the product cost as the restocking feededucted from the refund
• Oncean order ships, we cannot set this up for a hold at the shipping company forpickup, nor change the delivery address, nor cancel the order. • Wesend you an email that includes your shipped product\'s part number and serialnumber. We verify all serial numbers against our ship records and If yourreturn is missing the UPC code on the manufacturer\'s packaging, or the productserial number is removed or incorrect, we will refuse your return
• Refundswill be processed to your account 7-10 days after Server Surplus UK receivesyour authorized return at our facility
