1.All orders are mailed to the buyer's -listed address. If youwould like your order to be shipped to a different address kindly update youraddress with before making a purchase. If the item is undeliverable to theaddress listed on the buyer's shipping address, we will charge a shippingand handling fee to the buyer.

2.We may use any shipping company other than the one indicated inour listing. Mostly we use USPS and FedEx.

3.Upon receipt of an item, if damage is noticed on the packaging, DONOT SIGN or ACCEPT the shipment unless you specifically made the deliveryperson aware of the damage and it is noted in writing on the bill of lading.

4.Examine the contents of the package and determine if there is anyvisible damage.

5.Please contact us immediately to notify us of the damage.

6.DO NOT discard any packaging including box and packing materials.

7.We will file the claim and notify the Buyer as it is updated.
