Did they use the right fuser grease, one that can consistently heat up to 400F (200C) temperatures for the life of the fuser? Or will the oil separate and the grease break down eventually, causing paper jams? Does the transfer roller print too light (a common issue with currently shipping OEM transfer rollers), or even cause damage to the toner drums like some cheap transfer rollers? Are the feed rollers made of low-grade rubber that blooms and breaks down within a year or two? Is the plastic swing plate gear even replaced?
