In the unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged during shipping, Please contact us immediately. We can file a freight claim/ trace for a refund. Please do not discard box or packaging. TAKE 5-6 PHOTOS OF BOX AND ITEM IMMEDIATELY IF DAMAGED! We need photos to file a freight claim. Thanks for your patience and understanding with issues outside of our control.

In that very unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged during post, then WE are responsible and will issue either a full refund. Discount or replacement if applicable. Please TAKE PHOTOS OF BOX AND ITEM IMMEDIATELY!

Upon arrival, if you suspect ANY damage during the shipment of your unit please take photos of the box BEFORE opening.
