This laptop works great. It’s been factory reset. It has Microsoft office and some other basic programs. Pictures above are of the actual item. Most of it has been tested and it works perfectly fine. It has been chipped off on the corner as you can see which doesn’t effect the performance of the laptop. It will come with the charger as well. Any questions, please don’t hesitate to ask. Thank you.
