Heavy Duty 7 Dbi Wi-Fi Antenna W/Rp-Sma Extension Cable & Magnet BaseDescription AntennaDescription 7 dBi gain Wi-Fi antenna with RP-SMA connector, magnetic base, and low-loss shielded extension cable Brand BearExtender Manufacturer BearExtender Number of Packs 1 Unit Count 1 Count Number of Items 2 Item Weight 12.8 ounces Model Number MB01 Mfr Part Number MB01 Number of Channels 2 Impedance 50 ohm Maximum Range 11 feet Color Black Antenna 7 dBi gain Wi-Fi antenna with RP-SMA connector, magnetic base, and low-loss shielded extension cable
7 dBi gain antenna upgrade with heavy duty magnetic base and 11’ cable for BearExtender PC
This is a heavy duty magnetic antenna docking base with 11 feet of LMR-200 shielded coaxial extension cable and a detachable 7 dbi gain blade antenna. The connectors are RP-SMA. It is an optional upgrade for the BearExtender PC long range Wi-Fi USB adapter and will also be compatible with other brand equipment that has an RP-SMA antenna port.
Better placement = better signal
Because of the magnet base and cable, you can place this 7 dBi antenna up to 11 feet away from your BearExtender. A strong magnet in the base allows for easy positioning. Signals carry better when the antenna is higher up and in a more open area.
Premium shielded coaxial cable
Unlike cheaper base options, this includes 11 feet of LMR-200 shielded low loss extension cable built into the base to limit your signal gain loss. Simply unscrew the existing antenna from your BearExtender PC or compatible RP-SMA device and replace it with the cable from this magnet base.
What’s included:
1x heavy duty magnetic antenna docking base with integrated 11’ antenna extension cable.
1x 7 dBi blade style RP-SMA high gain Wi-Fi antenna
Caution
The magnet base contains a very strong industrial class magnet. Some items including computer hard drives and magnetic strips on credit cards can be affected when this base is used nearby. Do not affix base directly to a computer.
- RP-SMA antenna base with heavy duty magnet to keep it in place even in heavy winds.
- 11 foot premium LMR-200 shielded low loss coaxial extension cable built-in to magnet base.
- 7 dBi blade style omni-directional high gain antenna that is detachable from the magnet base.
- Cable includes RP-SMA connector for hookup to BearExtender PC Wi-Fi USB adapter or other Wi-Fi devices with RP-SMA port (such as long range USB adapter or router).
- Requires compatible Wi-Fi receiver like BearExtender PC USB adapter, or compatible router in order to function. This is an antenna and docking base package only, it does not include a Wi-Fi receiver.
