Return Policy

We offer anywhere from a 30 Day to 1 Year warranty on all of our products. If you are unhappy with one of our products, you can send it back as long as you follow these basic rules.

• Please contact us for an RMA and instructions before shipping the item back.
• For the first 30 days after an item ships you can return the item for either an exchange or a refund.
• For any items with a warranty longer than 30 days you can return the item for exchange only after the first 30 days.
• Shipping charges are not refundable.
• They buyer is responsible for return shipping
• All items returned for a refund must be in the original condition and include all the original accessories. If not a 10% restocking fee will be charged.

Shipping Policy

All orders shipping to a domestic (U.S. based address) with ship the next business day after the order has been placed. All orders shipping to an international address will ship within 2 business days of the order being placed. Business days are Monday - Friday excluding holidays; no orders will be shipped on Saturday or Sunday and all orders placed on the weekend will be processed and shipped the next business day. We cannot guarantee when your order will arrive. Please consider any shipping or transit time we offer to be an estimate. If you require your order to ship the same day it is placed or have any special handling or processing requests; please contact our customer service team. International buyers are responsible for any local customs duties and taxes.

None of our warranties cover return shipping. In all cases the buyer is responsible for paying the return freight charges for any items covered by our warranties.
