Included is everything pictured; Innova 3100e CanOBD2 Diagnostic Tool Code Reader+Lead+Computer Lead + Manual+CD. This all comes in the original packaging which has been opened by the original owner. I did connect the reader to my 2010 Nissan and it connected fine and read that there were no codes. The only thing to note is that the original owner wrote on one of the pages of the paper manual (pictured). What is pictured is what you will receive.
