Intel EtherExpress 16TP (PCLA8120) 16-bit ISA network interface card.
This is a popular vintage Ethernet card for retro PC builds due to its automatic 8-bit ISA fallback capability, making it compatible with original IBM PC, XT, 8088, 286, 386, and 486 systems. It also features an onboard boot ROM socket, often used to host an XT-IDE BIOS chip to boot modern storage (CF/IDE) on legacy hardware.
Details & Condition:
Cosmetic Condition: Fair / Scratched. The board shows clear cosmetic signs of age and handling, including visible scratches across PCB traces and light surface scratches on some integrated circuit (IC) packages. No broken components or cracked PCB, but cosmetically worn. Please review all photos closely for exact cosmetic detail.
Testing Status: Untested / As-Is. I do not have a working vintage ISA test bench to run software diagnostics or test functionality. Due to the cosmetic trace scratches and lack of testing equipment, this card is strictly being sold AS-IS for parts or repair.
