Warranty Information
All New OEM Thermal Printheads are backed by a90 DayWarranty. Handling and installation must be performed with extreme care ofthe delicate components/product precisely following proper installation andmaintenance instructions provided in the package with the product. Ifinstallation and maintenance instructions are not included contact usimmediately so we can promptly provide the information for proper installationand maintenance of the product. This warranty is valid under normal use andmaintenance only. If these instructions are not followed resulting in damage tothe product the warranty is void and a replacement will not be issued.Printhead wear is part of normal operation. This warranty does not coverfailure due to normal abrasive wear of the surface coating over the printingelements and conductors. Any printhead that fails due to defect within thisactive warrantyperiod will be replaced under the Return AuthorizationProcedure.Failure of a thermal printhead is defined as the inability,after all reasonable printer settings adjustments, and afterallreasonable attempts through technical support, to obtain legible printquality from a properly specified printerwhile using approved (andnon-defective) thermal and/or thermal transfer media.
Under any circumstanceswhatsoever we will not be liable to the Purchaser or any other party for lostprofits, diminution of good will or any other special or consequential damageswhatsoever with respect to any claim hereunder.The distributor's totalliability, if any, to the Purchaser or to the Customer of the Purchaser shallin no event exceed the invoice price of the product claimed defective. Norshall we be liable for delays in replacement of defective products. Purchasershall be solely responsible for the selection, use, efficiency and suitabilityof thermal printheads purchased.The above warranties are in lieu of allother warranties, expressed or implied, oral or written, statutory orotherwise, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for aparticular purpose. No salesperson, representative or agent is authorized tomake any guarantee, warranty, or representation in addition to the foregoingwarranty.
