Cleaning solutions used are 70% Isopropyl alcohol to disinfect andremove dirt and grime. Goo Gone is used to remove adhesive left bystickers or any other sticky residues. Sometimes adhesive is left on theitem (like a book, VHS tape, card back, magazine) due to the risk ofdiscoloration. We at RVT do our best to advise of non removed adhesive and providepics. Items listed are stored in a smoke free environment.
SHIPPING & HANDLING:
RVT packs orders usually on the day received. In some cases, RVT does pack uporders the next day. Packages are dropped off at the Post Office same dayor the next (excluding holidays). RVT packs each item with care and makes sureit can withstand the turbulent journey to your specified shipping address. RVTfollows USPS Tracking on a daily basis on each order, and communicatesany delays if any arise. RVT understands communication is important and willrespond to any questions promptly. We at RVT are collectors of fine vintagegoods as well! We truly understand the value each item can bring to you and yourcollection.
Once your package is dropped at the Post Office, we do send a messagecontaining two pics. One pic will be of the Shipping Label attached to thepackage. The other pic will be of the USPS Acceptance Receipt. Again,communication is important and being informed about your order isup there as well!
