At this time, Fresh Tech Direct accepts payment transactions through PayPal\'s secure and trusted services. Items are shipped within (1) business day after the revival of full payment. Items purchased and paid for after 2:00pm (EST) on Friday, will remain in processing until the following business day.
Upon purchase of an item, payment is due witin (4) days of purchase, failure to do so will result in a cancellation of item processing and shipment.
We charge sales tax in the following states which we have a physical location in:

Your item is covered from hardware malfunction or failure for 60 days after the date of purchase. We stand by our 60-day guarantee that the product(s) you purchase from Fresh Tech Direct will be free of defects under normal use during the functional waranty period.
If you experience functional problems with your hardware during the warranty period please contact us with a description of the issue. We will first attempt to resolve the problem. In many cases, a simple solution can be found. Batteries are considered a wearable part and not covered under warranty except DOA (Dead on Arrival)
We ship orders via USPS First Class Mail, FedEx, or FedEx Ground.
Depending on the location of the order\'s destination, please allow 5-7 business days after your item has been marked \'shipped for delivery.\'
