No OS is present on the system – unless explicitly mentioned in the item description. We are a Microsoft Registered Refurbisher and if you like to buy the above computers with a legitimate copy of OS installed, please contact us for pricing and OS options. If you are a Refurbisher and require COA details – please contact us via messaging panel.
If Ubuntu/Zorin OS is installed – not all device drivers might be present. Buyer is responsible to install the missing device drivers.
Buying Multiple Units ?

Warranty – item NON WORKING or NOT as described ?
We offer a 30 day warranty on all our computers/laptops. If you receive an item that is NON WORKING or NOT as described – please contact us and we will make it right. Please do not open a dispute before contacting us – this affects our seller ratings. The unit may be perfectly functional when shipped – however during transit the memory/ hard drive/ processor can come loose. Our techs will be happy to assist and troubleshoot hardware errors over the phone.
Our preferred mode of payment is PayPal.
Please note thatitems can only be shipped to the verified shipping address that is submitted with your PayPal payment.
