All items are tested or pulled from a working system. All shipments should arrive in functional condition and within a timely manner. If you do not receive your product or the product you receive is defective, we will refund your money within 30 days. Cosmetic issues are not covered under this guarantee.

Shipping

All items will be shipped within 1-2 business days of when they payment is received. This excludes weekends and major holidays. Shipping addresses cannot be changed after we receive payment. We primarily use USPS for domestic deliveries, but we reserve the right to use any other shipping carrier, if required. If you would like overnight or any special service with a different carrier, please contact us directly.

Warranty and Return Policy

All products, unless NEW, come with a 14-day no questions asked warranty. Cosmetic and compatibility problems do not fall under our warranty policy. If your return is authorized, please ensure you return it in the same condition and preferably the same packaging in which the item arrived. We will inspect the item and, if all checks out, will issue a refund. If you are disappointed with your product, please reach out to us directly within 7 days of delivery. We must receive return/exchange items. Returns/refunds for any reason other than functionality or the item not matching the description are up to our discretion.
