Product Overview:Up for sale is a lot of TWO (2x) ultra-rare Intel Confidential processors for the LGA3647 socket. These are engineering/qualification samples with the sSpec code QMQ7 (which is analogous to the retail Xeon Platinum 8180, 28-Core).

History & Physical Condition:Both CPUs were previously part of a working dual-socket system and performed flawlessly. However, after a period of intense hardware swapping and testing across multiple platforms, both processors stopped passing POST and show no signs of electrical life. The cause of failure is unknown, but looks like burned

Cosmetically, they are in excellent condition. As seen in the photos, the pads are clean, and there is no obvious physical damage.
