We are offering a lot of 6 used Dell Inspiron 5491 2-in-1 i5-10210U 8GB No OS/SSD Grade D. This lot of 6 Dell Inspiron 5491 2-in-1 laptops features Intel Core i5-10210U processors and 8GB RAM on every unit. The convertible 2-in-1 design makes these systems useful for repair, refurbishment, parts harvesting, IT projects, or resale. All six units are Grade D and are being sold without internal storage or operating systems. Condition varies and includes cracked or loose hinges, damaged and cracked bottom covers, keyboard imprints, missing rubber feet, bezel damage, dents, paint chips, and display imperfections. Battery capacity ranges from 25% to 75% of original capacity on five tested units, while one unit is missing its internal

It means an Operating System (or hard drive) needs to be loaded on the unit. If Laptop or Desktop is sold without a hard drive or operating system it will be clearly noted in the listing.
