• Wrong type of hard drive purchased (SATA vs. M.2). Please double check the pictures with your old hard drive. We cannot guarantee fitment for every device.
• Any damage caused by using non-OEM equipment (such as charger or a docking station).
• Anything related to Windows updates, hardware drivers or software applications outside software licensing listed above.
