**The GPU was overheating under heavy load and thermal throttling. I re-pasted the die with ARCTIC MX-7 - Ultimate Performance Thermal Paste, as well as re-padding the memory and capacitors with TEUCER Thermal Pad 14.8 W/mK, Non Conductive, High Temp Resistance, Silicone pads. Card is now in excellent and like new working condition with it being tested and bench-marked thoroughly with high demand games and torture test applications.Hot spot temp never went above 84c at max settings and 8 hour torture test!
