Brand new never taken out of package.  The left side only was cut open but not enough to actually remove the printer and it's all brand new.  See pics for the only place the package is cut.  Product and accessories all inside never removed or used.  This is a great quality label printer that's easy to use and has nice sized keypad for accurate label making.
