Dell Optiplex units of this era are getting much more difficult to find still new in the box, so to continue this listing, I have come up with a custom tower build with nearly identical performance of the Optiplex I previously had here.
Before buying, if you have any games you want tested, message me and let me know - if I can track down the game, I will do my best to test it.
This PC has a dual-install of Windows XP Professional and Windows 7 Professional (OS selectable upon startup). Info about this build is as follows:

About this BuildMy goal with this build was to cover the entire Windows XP era as well as a few years beyond that - namely, years 2001 through 2009. With a GeForce GTX 745 (Quadro k620) video card, 4 GB of DDR3 ram, a solid state hard drive, and an Intel Xeon E3-v2 processor, this is a snappy machine that should run most games from that era.
Video Card InformationThe Quadro k620 video card is built using the same chip as the GeForce GTX 745 and installs and runs as such with a simple hardware ID tweak to two of the files in the driver setup package. Runs perfectly fine in both Windows XP and 7.
Windows XP SetupAll drivers along with Chrome v49, Firefox 52.9 ESR, K-Meleon 76, DirectX 9.0c, .Net Framework 2.0 and Visual C++ 2005 and 2008 Redistributables are installed.
Windows 7 SetupAll drivers and updates along with the most recent version of Chrome that 7 supports, DirectX 11, Microsoft Security Essentials, and the .net framework are installed, as is Classic Shell.
IncludedMain PC, power cord, and DVI to VGA adapter. Windows 7 Professional COA also included and attached to the side of the case.
