Product is still factory sealed, however the box has some damage to it including two rips in the seal one smaller and one larger as well as some damage to the structure of the box from being crushed. There is also some dirt and debris that has entered between the box and sealed due to the opening in it. I would recommend thoroughly inspecting the photographs before purchasing to make sure that you are aware of all defects to the item.
