Vombot Supply ships to all states within the USA, its territories and military bases. All orders are processed on the next business day (excluding major and/or religious holidays). A tracking number will be emailed to you once your item(s) have shipped. You are responsible for all customs and VAT charges.
Vombot Supply will ship to PO BOXES through USPS.
Expedited shipping orders such as UPS Next Day Air or UPS Second Day Air must contain a valid physical home or business address. If ordered to a PO box or to any address that UPS will not deliver to, your order will ship with an alternate carrier, and you will be refunded the shipping fee and receive your order without expedited shipping.
Items purchased at Vombot Supply may be returned within 30 days of delivery date for a full refund. Items must be returned in the same condition as arrived, including original packaging along with any accessories included in order.
