🔧 Quick Installation & Setup (No Tools Required)

⚠️ SAFETY FIRST: POWER OFF PLOTTER | UNPLUG AC CORD | Retract Blade Fully Before Handling to Prevent Injury!

1. Power off the plotter and unplug the AC cord. Move the carriage to the center for easy access.
2. Prepare your blade: For CB09UB – use as-is (no spring). For CB09UA – remove the small coil spring from the blade shank first{insert\_element\_3\_}.
3. Twist the top collar of the PHP33-CB09N-HS holder counterclockwise to loosen the collet.
4. Insert the blade shank fully into the holder, then twist the collar clockwise to lock it lightly (do not over-tighten).
5. Adjust the cutting depth: Twist the collar to extend the blade tip by 0.1–0.2mm beyond the holder tip (visible only as a tiny point).
6. Insert the holder into the carriage tool slot until it clicks into place. Secure with the carriage’s retaining clip.
7. Load scrap material (same as production) and run a small test cut (e.g., 20mm square with inner cross).
8. Check the cut: Edges should be clean, no fraying, and the liner should not be cut through. Fine-tune the depth as needed.
9. Once set, lock the collar with a light twist and mark the depth setting for future reference.
