This listing is for aPanasonic Toughbook CF-31 with a 3rd Gen i5. This unit didn\'t boot when tested but the leds were responding to the power switch. We assumed it was memory related and opened it up to service it but no amount of known good ram on either port did a difference. For this matter we couldn\'t test anything on it and we\'re selling it as-is.
Charger not included with this listing. The screen seems in good as it didn\'t show any cracks but we can\'t confirm its actual condition, touch capabilities unknown. The memory module was added just for the purpose of attempting to test it and was removed afterwards, no RAM included with this unit.
