Machinesand other heavy items are shipped via freight and will arrive cratedand palletized. Freight deliveries are for curbside delivery only(residential, remote area, inside delivery or white-glove services arenot included). Delivery usually take 7-10 business days; some itemswill take longer, based on your location.Important Information For Freight Shipments
Ifyou are in an area with limited access or outside of the delivery zone,it may be necessary to pick up your shipment at the nearest freightterminal. We will not be responsible for or compensate for additionaldelivery fees in these areas. If this is a concern, please contact us,and we will discuss this with the freight company.Priorto delivery, the shipping company will contact you to schedule a timeto drop off your delivery. For this reason, it’s extremely important toprovide your main contact number and an alternate at the time of checkout. For freight shipments going to a residential address, the shippingcompany will call you the day your order is delivered at the localterminal to schedule a delivery appointment. All residential freightshipments require an appointment to be delivered. Oftentimes, theestimated delivery date on the carrier tracking will be incorrectbecause of the appointment policy. Do not make arrangements to stay athome to accept delivery until the shipping company calls you to set anappointment.Shipping Damage
Pleaseinspect your o upon receipt and contact us immediately in the case ofany damage. In the unfortunate event that damage occurs in shipping, wewill require pictures of the damaged area as well as pictures of theoutside and inside packing material in order to process a claim withthe shipping company. Please retain all packing materials until a claimis filed by us and arrangements can be made for a replacement or repair.
