my computer had no issues reading the discs. this software is relatively old. you will need to know how to find the the correct files for installation. for example, adobe air, which is required, is no longer available through adobe. after acquiring the adobe air file, install will give an error. after doing research, i learned you need to manually set your computer date back to 2010 for the install to work. once installed, everything worked correctly.
