CLR Solutions has tested and found this Toshiba Portege X30-E to be in working condition with issues. The issues include but are not limited to a faulty battery, LCD wear from keyboard, cracked edge next to SD slot, and cracks in: front right corner of lid, palmrest, and bottom panel. This machine has not been cleaned. This machine does not have an operating system installed but does include an embedded Windows 10 Professional product key. The SSD was wiped and has ZERO bad sectors. The battery is non-functional. This listing includes the laptop with the installed faulty battery. The following are NOT included: instruction manual, recovery/installation media, software/drivers, AC adapter, peripherals, or any other accessories. It is being sold as-is for parts.

HANDLING

We have one business day handling time for all non-freight items. However, we guarantee handling times of the same business day only if payment is received before 8:00 AM Eastern Time (EST) Monday through Friday. Items paid after 8:00 AM EST on Monday through Friday may still go out on the same day, but are not guaranteed to be shipped the same day. RETURNS

If the item differs from what is stated in the listing in any way, please contact us first and we will try to resolve your issue the best we can. We may be able to offer replacements or exchanges in some circumstances. Any items returned to us that are still in good working condition will be considered as being returned because of buyer’s remorse and are subject to receive a refund of the original price minus both the original shipping and return shipping costs.
