this item is used with some scratches, but does fully function.I have installed new batteries from early 2026 and repaired a pinched wire that had the wire exposed through the insulation in the battery pack but otherwise the unit is factory.I will ship this unit with the batteries unplugged, meaning you will have to unscrew the 4 front panel screws and reconnect the Anderson Plug to use the unit.unit was tested after new batteries installed and functioning as intended.
