Same or next business day shipping depending on the time of purchase. All items packed well and shipped with care. UPS is the preferred method of shipment, but we may use USPS or FedEx depending on your location and delivery time frames. We try to deliver in the best time frame possible. We place a serialized tag on each unit, f it is removed a refund will not be given, we also record all serial/MAC numbers. Should you need to return a unit make sure the same unit in the same condition is returned.
