This is a vintage Hewlett Packard PS/2 mechanical trackball mouse, model M-S34, part number C3751B, finished in light gray plastic with the HP logo on the top shell and two mouse buttons. It connects via the round 6-pin PS/2 (mini-DIN) connector on the coiled cable and uses a removable rubber trackball with a twist-off retaining ring on the underside.

This mouse is used and shows genuine wear consistent with its age: the cord and housing have visible grime and light discoloration.
