We do not ship to PO Boxes.
All APPLE systems will ship with third-party accessories unless explicitly stated in the listing.
We ship Monday through Friday via UPS. We normally ship orders the next business day with the delivery time of 2-5 business days (depending upon delivery locations). Once the item is shipped you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. For your protection we do require a signature upon delivery on items over $750 of which you\'ll be given a notice of this. If your item gets lost or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can assist you. Our warehouse staff are dedicated to making sure you receive your item in a safe and timely manner.
All packages that are returned to us by UPS/USPS/FedEx as undelivered are subject to an additional shipping charge to re-ship the item. If we attempt to contact a buyer and do not receive a response within 3 days of receiving the item, the transaction will be subject to cancellation and a restocking fee.
Please make sure the ship to address is correct at the time of payment. We are not responsible for packages that are shipped to the incorrect address due to buyer error. .
In the checkout process, a phone number must be added since our delivery company requires this for all packages.
NOTE: Customer MUST CAREFULLY PACK defective items being returned, as if they were new and working, with ALL originally included parts, cords, accessories and item. FAILURE TO DO SO may invalidate both the RMA and the Warranty.
You may return your item to us for any reason as we offer Free Returns. If you do wish to return your item please contact our Customer Service department to obtain an RMA (Return Authorization Number). If you are returning your item because it is defective or the wrong item was received then we will provide free return shipping. Customers returning defective items have the option of a replacement (if applicable) or a full refund. For non-defective item that have been opened and/or used may incur, as we cannot resell New as it\'s been used, soa fee which will be communicated and agreed upon by both Seller and Buyer. We do want our customers to feel very confident that satisfaction is our highest priority no matter the reason for a return. To return an item you must contact us within 30 days of receipt and we must receive the item within 7 days of issuing you the RMA. We will do our best to make sure that the return process is as smooth as possible if the unlikely event that you need to use it.
The majority of the items we sell come with a manufacturers warranty of 90 days, however if your item becomes defective within the first 30 days we will replace (if a replacement is in stock) it for you (or offer you a refund if you prefer). After 30 days from the time of receipt, unless otherwise stated in the item description, you must contact us (via Messages) for warranty issues. We handle every case based on both customer needs and ours so that both are satisfied with the result.
