The card can get very hot to the touch when under load.
Tested on Windows XP, 8.1 & Windows 11 23h2 ( will not work with newer windows 11 releases)
for windows 10 & 11 23h2. must use NVIDIA driver 353.62.Newer drivers will result in a black screen and cause Windows to lockup.You must also prevent windows from auto updating to a newer driver.
This GPU should be able to play most games released before 2010 at 720p with a mix of low to medium settings.Though no guarantees.Tested with GOG Games. Crysis, Batman Arkham Asylum and Oblivion. With Batman being the most demanding.By playable, I mean around 20fps for demanding games.
This card runs horribly under linux. with most newer distros resulting in a black screen.
