1. Computer was packaged REALLY well. 2. At first it was really glitchy, but afterward, it started working okay. 3. The computer was dead when I got it (no issue, I don't mind). 4. In order to use the multimedia that is connected to the function keys (volume up, volume down etc) you have to press fn (fn+f12=volume up). 5. 460gb, 8gbram, windows 10 pro, intel core i3. 6. Scratches are almost non existent. 7. HIGHLY RECOMMEND :)
