This seller has OUTSTANDING customer service. Erroneously, they sent me a very good laptop, but not what I have ordered. They immediately replaced it with the correct item, gave me a full refund and allowed me to keep the wrong item. If I could give them 10 stars, I would, but 5 is the maximum.
