Shipping Info
- Most orders are shipped out within 24 to 48 hours after receiving cleared PayPal payment. If product is out of stock, we will notify you within 48 hours and refund upon request.
- Free Shipping ONLY applies to the continental 48 states in the United States. We cannot ship to AK, HI, GU, PR, VI, PO BOX, Military Address/Base APO & FPO addresses.
- The item's packaging may not match the packaging in our picture. This does not impact our product's quality or performance.
- Please double check your shipping address before ordering. If an item has been delivered, it cannot be rerouted. If the package is still in transit, we can reroute it for a fee of $11.

- We give 180 days money back and 1 year guarantee against product defects! We will issue you the full refund or replacement (with an accompanying return shipping label for defective items) if you contact us within 180 days of your original purchase date. The warranty does not cover the replacement. Refunds or replacements will be processed within 2 business days of the returned item's delivery.
- For non-defective items (i.e. the buyer orders a wrong item, or if the package was refused by someone at the delivery address), the buyer has to pay the return shipping cost. A 15% restocking fee will be charged for any opened item.
- Please contact us before returning anything. Each return must have an RMA# or it will not be processed.
