(It will NOT remove the operating system password or Hard Drive password)
Do not remove the card. It needs to be connected inside your Mac, otherwise your Mac will read the old firmware and remain locked.
The chip will come with a serial number or we can program your original S/N into the chip.
Note: Do not use the original S/N if your Mac has MDM or DEP profile.
It is recommended to format and reinstall the MacOS after installing the Chip Card.
