A refund will only be issued once the items have been returned, and inspected.Please keep the original envelope you receive the item(s) inand we will provide a paid postage label for the return of faulty products. We will require an initial correspondence by email explaining the reason for the return in order to start the returns procedure.
Returns: We offer to refund unwanted / unopened items within 30 days of purchase. We kindly ask that the items were bought from Printer Basics and are returned in their original condition. We recommend asking your post office for proof of postage as Royal Mail will not accept liability for lost items without it.
Order Processing: As we have multiple distribution centres, our guideline delivery time is Standard Royal Mail 1st class + 1 business day. We aim to offer a quick and efficient service and deliver your order to you as soon as possible. If your purchase is completed before 11am GMT Monday - Friday, your goods will be shipped on the same day, subject to order volume.

Lost in post items: We endeavour to dispatch all of our items as quickly as possible. Once the item(s) have been dispatched, we rely heavily on Royal Mail to deliver your items.
