    All shipments are processed from our offices in Rome and are given to primary international couriers based on the final destination, weight and value of the order. There are no partial shipments: orders are processed when all the ordered products are available. On national territory the delivery takes place within 24 working hours following the shipping confirmation (you will receive an email containing the tracking code of your order) and can reach 48 working hours for the regions of Puglia, Basilicata and Calabria, and at 48/72 hours working for the islands. In Europe and in the rest of the world delivery times vary from 2 to 7 working days (it is possible that, in cases of destination outside the EU, customs duties and / or customs costs that are not dependent on us and of which we may not be aware are applied : therefore, before sending an order, we advise you to contact the local customs authorities for more information).

    All orders placed before 13:00, will be processed the same day and shipped within 24/48 working hours, unless otherwise indicated and delivered within the next 24/48 working hours.

    The courier delivers from Monday to Friday between 8.30 and 18.00.     Following the issue of an Invoice, the document is forwarded via e-mail to the order holder, pursuant to Article 14 of Presidential Decree 445/2000 and DL 52/2004. In the case of invoicing, the information provided by the Customer at the time of the order proposal is binding. No change in the Invoice will be possible after the issuance thereof.
