This PC has definitely been used but is still in great shape! I upgraded the RAM to 24GB, and have tried to keep it in great shape. There are minor cosmetic issues such as duck tape residue on the glass and a little dust but nothing that affects the functionality. As for gaming performance, it runs almost everything pretty well, definitely not top of the line, but if you're looking for bang for your buck, this is an excellent deal. This PC is around 2 or 3 years old but it has not been used constantly for that time and when used it hasn't been extremely heavy.
