Your order is available for onsite pickup at no fee. However, weare not a walk in retail shop so you must schedule a pickup. After yourpurchase, we will be happy to set up a time with you for pickup of your itemsfrom our Elgin, IL office.

You will have 14-Days from the date your item is delivered toreturn the item for any reason, you will need to contact us for an RMA numberbefore shipping the item back to our facility to receive your money backreturn.

IW is a business, and operates on business hours; 8:30am to 5:00pm Central Standard Time so please contact us accordingly by phone or email.

Eligible Returns:

Within that 14-Day window, an item can be returned for any reason.In order to be eligible for this, the item must be in original condition it wasshipped in and with all accessories the item was shipped with.

Return Shipping:

Return Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. The item to bereturned must arrive at our facility within 20 business days of thedate of delivery. Once we receive your item, your refund will be processedthrough PayPal within 3 business days.

Restocking Fee:

As we individually refurbish and rigorously test each unit after you purchase them, we require a restockingfee for all returned items. If you return a unit for a refund, you will becharged a 25% restocking fee that will be deducted from your final refundedamount.

If in the first 14-days, if you send your item infor repair, you will not be charged a restockingfee and will not be responsible for return shipping. Seeour repair policy below.

90- Day Depot Warranty

This item is coveredunder our 90-Day Depot Warranty.

If you purchase one of our refurbished units and The item doesn'tturn on and/or doesn't perform its basic functions, when using the appropriatecables, power supplies, and/or any other materials needed to operate the item (saidmaterials may or may not be included in the original listing) within 90 days of the dateof delivery, IW will bring the item in for repair by our certifiedtechnicians.

If our technicians determine that item has not voided depotwarranty, but cannot repair your item, we will replace it with the same item,or one of equal value.

Return Shipping:

Put in the original box, or an equally and appropriately padded andsealed shipping box; IW will schedule a FedEx pickup of the item and pay for returnshipping.

Things that Void yourDepot Warranty*:

-When pieces of the chassis are bent, punctured, or broken off byfault the owner

-When the internal mechanisms and/or parts have been tampered orplayed with.

-Broken Touch Glass (exceptions made for shipping mishaps within the first 14-daysonly)

-Liquid Damage of Any Kind

-Smoke/Fire Damage of Any Kind

-Electric Shock Damage of Any Kind (as a result of lack of preventative measure on the buyers part…IE Not plugging your PCinto a Surge protector.)
