This extremely rare and original vintage poster by Gary Overacre harkens back to the exciting, early days when UNIX was starting to make inroads into the business world. It is the second of three Unix-related posters commissioned by Unitech Software.
Like the 1986 Unix Magic poster, there are numerous references in the image to the UNIX operating system. For example, the box filled with shells, and another next to it containing corn (Korn shell), daemons, rfs, nfs, etc. The wizard and black cat make encore appearances in this poster.
This poster was obtained by a customer of Unitech Software while attending a USENIX conference.
It's in good condition, but there are some defects so examine the photos carefully. Specifically:

• A small hole in each of the four corners, which were made by thumbtacks.
• A few scratches at the upper left, near the border of the window.

Other items to note:

• The poster measures 36”x24”.
• It is unframed
• Shipping is FREE! It will come rolled up in a plastic sleeve and a protective shipping tube.
• The small dark rectangles along the edge of the poster are magnets used to hold the poster flat for photography. They are not included.
