Vintage Tandy 1000HX boots to DOS but has some Memory Instability Issues

Vintage Tandy 1000HX PC-compatible from 1987. No addon cards, and not selling monitor pictured above. The disk drive is alive but it has issues reading data. Unfortunately, replacement NOS drives for these are rare, but any old 3.5\" drive can be connected with adapters made for these Tandys. System ram is unstable but these chips can be cheaply replaced. 8088 has been replaced with a V20. Physically it is a bit dirty but otherwise good shape. Plastic is not discolored.
