I only do made to order, no exceptions. Therefore, it might take 1-2 weeks for me to complete and get the build ready for you due to the fact that all of these parts will be new. Benchmarks w/ 4070 @ 1440p medium settings:
Fortnite: 155-233 fps
Apex Legends: 164-251 fps
COD MW3: 117-170 fps

Benchmarks w/ 7900 GRE @ 1440p medium settings:
Fortnite: 153-230 fps
Apex Legends: 166-250 fps
COD Warzone: 116-174 fps

As you can see, both the 4070 and 7900 GRE are very similar cards when it comes to pure performance. It really comes down to your own preferences on which brand to pick. Overall, this PC will be completely serviceable as a workstation and outstanding as a gaming rig.
