IF AGREED FOR International Purchases:
Customers using a forwarding freight service to order items to another country, even if the shipping address is in the USA, will be considered as international shipments. This policy is implemented because many international buyers may choose not to return items for a refund due to expensive return shipping costs. However, customers can still initiate a return request for a refund through the standard return procedure. Please carefully review the policy outlined below and refrain from purchasing and agreeing to it if you have any concerns.
For returns due to reasons such as defects, damages, malfunction, or discrepancies from the description, we will not cover international return shipping costs. If items are deemed defective, you are responsible for returning them to us at your expense. By placing your order, you fully agree to this return policy.
No partial refunds will be issued for defects. If you wish to receive a refund, the item (order) must be returned to us at your expense. Customers can still return items by adhering to 's return policy. Please note that we only provide a return label to the original address to which the order has been shipped.
