These were purchased at an electronics wholesale company earlier this year, and they were brand new in the original factory bags. We packaged them in heavy Ziplok bags for resale. These are high quality standoffs made from solid brass bar stock, and heavily plated with nickel. Excellent for electronic applications where residual magnetism found in steel or stainless steel can cause problems with sensitive circuitry. Actually Made in the USA (imagine that.)
