    BD-R XL 100GB media requires a BDXL-compatible Blu-ray burner to record 100GB Triple Layer discs. Compatibility varies by drive and player. Please verify your device supports BDXL / BD-R XL 100GB media before purchasing. Not compatible with DVD or CD drives.

    We strongly recommend testing 1–2 discs before recording the full pack.

    • Compatibility issues are not considered manufacturing defects.
    • Burn failures caused by hardware limitations, outdated firmware, software settings, or improper configuration are not considered defective media.
    • Professional duplicators must be properly calibrated.
    • Using multiple discs without prior testing may affect return eligibility.

    Lowering burn speed and updating firmware often resolves recording issues.
