Mounting bracket solution for 3 mismatch situations with a 280mm AIO radiator. Either you have 2 120mm fans instead of 2 140mm fans or 2 120mm fan slots on the case instead of 2 140mm ones or both of those mismatches.
Have a look at the renderings of the different mismatch mountings possible with the adapter plates and choose the scenario type to get the right plates.
For scenario 2 where the case fan slots are 120mm please make sure you have clearance inwards into the case for the 280mm radiator\'s larger width and pipes. Just bring your fans and radiator into your case holding them together with your hands placing them how the renderings show and check they can move in and be brought touching with the mounting holes on the case.If you have the 280mm radiator and only 140mm fans but the case slots are 120mm, then you might not have clearance unless you can mount it so the fans or radiator sit some distance into the case. Have a look at my 120mm to 140mm centered offset adapter plates: however, you have a 240mm radiator this will not fit it. Have a look at my other listing: with the all the nuts and screws you\'ll need; really easy just follow the renderings and think about the order in which you have to screw in, for example in scenario 1b with 120mm fans, you would first slide the 30mm screws into the recesses shown, then screw in the radiator, then slide the 120mm fans down onto the long screws and tighten with nuts (and place nut covers), and finally mount to the case.Also comes with 32 spacers* for getting a tight fit in case your fan is too thin or something.Supports center hole spacing on the 280mm radiator between 15mm and 19mm for maximum compatibility. It\'s usually 15mm or 16mm.
Will fit up to 27mm thick 120mm fans, any thicker you will need your own #6-32 screws longer than 30mm.Also you will need your own long screws if your radiator holes are M3 or something instead of the standard #6-32 (haven\'t seen it though).Fits standard 120mm fans/slots, 140mm fans/slots, and 280mm radiators. Will almost certainly fit unless you have a really strange case or fan or radiator; if in doubt refer to the technical drawing and measure your fans, radiator, and fan slot.
Unlike other adapters, this design completely fills in the frame around the smaller fan so the case is still sealed to air afterwards and your fan works as efficiently as possible providing airflow.If you need an adapter for other sizes or situations let me know and I can design one for you.
