Customer must inspect all goods upon receipt and notify JETSTAR within 14 calendar days if any item is missing, damaged, or if the item is DOA.
Shipping fees and/or return shipping costs are non-refundable.
No returns after 30 days of initial receipt by buyer will be honored.
Buyer must pack items being returned complete as purchased, with all manuals, cables, accessories, etc, in original purchased condition.
