Up for sale today are six data cartridge tapes in Quarter-Inch Cartridge (QIC) format, manufactured around 1991.I confess, I am perfectly uncertain as to the integrity of their condition, only that they were stored indoors (read: not a garage or storage-unit) and had been kept with their case for most if not all of their lifetime. I also cannot say whether or not these were ever used; consequently, it is possible that they are no longer functioning properly.For what it\'s worth, they appear to be intact, and the spools do not reveal brittle or degraded tapes; it is possible that these are in perfect working condition. Unfortunately, I lack the hardware to actually play these tapes, so ... I remain ignorant of their viability.The storage-case is pretty neat-o, and seems to be specifically manufactured for these kinds of data tapes!
